Catu Diosis

DJ, producer and activist Catu Diosis moves between Kampala and Cologne. An active member of the Nyege Nyege collective, she is also the founder of Dope Gal Africa, an organisation supporting female-identifying talent from Africa and the diaspora. Her DJ sets and productions move through Afro-inspired bass music, Afrobeats, African Dancehall and high-energy Global Sounds. Rhythms hit hard, basslines drive forward, and different strands of contemporary African club music meet in sets built for movement and connection. At Three Skies, Catu Diosis will appear as part of a Nyege Nyege Showcase, bringing the energy of one of East Africa’s most vital musical networks to Cologne.
